This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order or request a refund. By placing an order on our website [www.virgopulse.com] (the "Site"), you agree to these terms.

1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
- Eligibility: Orders can be canceled for free before they are confirmed and handed over to our shipping partner (typically within 1-2 hours of placement, or up to 24 hours if not yet processed).
- How to Cancel: Log in to your account on the Site, go to "My Orders," and select "Cancel Order." Alternatively, email us at support@virgopulse.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Confirmation: We will send a confirmation email if the cancellation is successful. If the order has already been processed, we will notify you that it cannot be canceled.
Post-Shipment Cancellations
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item(s) after delivery for a refund (see Section 2).
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, in which case we will notify you via email and process a full refund if payment has been made.
2. Returns and Refunds
We offer returns for most items to ensure you get the perfect fit for your active lifestyle. Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns are accepted for size, fit, or defective/damaged items. We do not accept returns for change of mind on sale or personalized items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged in transit).
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products (even if unopened).
- Customized or monogrammed activewear.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" during purchase.

Return Process
- Initiate Return: Log in to your account and select "Return Item" under "My Orders," or email support@virgopulse.com w
ith your order number, item details, and reason. - Receive Return Label: We'll provide a prepaid return label (for returns due to our error) or instructions for self-shipping.
- Ship Back: Pack the item securely and send it to our returns address (see Section 5). Keep proof of shipment.
- Inspection: Upon receipt (typically 7-10 business days), we'll inspect the item and notify you of approval via email.
Refund Details
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days of approval, to the original payment method.
- Amount: Full refund for eligible items (excluding shipping unless our error). Partial refunds may apply for damaged packaging.
- Currency and Fees: Refunds will be in the original transaction currency. Any bank or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
- Tracking Refunds: Monitor your account or contact your payment provider for updates.
If your return is not approved, we'll ship the item back to you at your expense or offer an exchange where possible.
3. Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, follow the return process above and specify your preferred replacement in your request. If the replacement is available, we'll ship it free of charge (subject to stock). Otherwise, a refund will be processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery Issues
- Non-Delivered Orders: If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us within 7 days of the expected date for investigation and potential refund.
- Damaged in Transit: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Changes to This Policy
