By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery:
- Domestic Shipping (India): Primarily via India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, or Blue Dart for standard and express options.
- International Shipping: Available to select countries via DHL or FedEx (additional fees apply; see Section 3).
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed (typically within 24 hours), we'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines start from the date of order confirmation and depend on your location and shipping method:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method. We offer:
- Free Shipping: On orders over ₹999 within India (standard delivery only).
- Standard Rates: ₹99-₹199 for domestic orders under ₹999; express adds ₹50-₹100.
- International: Starting at ₹1,500, plus customs duties (your responsibility).
- Taxes and Duties: GST is included in prices; international orders may incur import duties.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is canceled pre-shipment or due to our error (see our Cancellation and Refund Policy).
4. Order Tracking
- Track your order in real-time via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on the Site.

with your order number for updates.
5. Delivery Requirements and Issues
Safe Delivery
- Deliveries are to the shipping address provided. Ensure someone is available to receive the package, or opt for "Leave at Door" where available.
- We recommend inspecting packages upon receipt for damage. Report issues immediately (see below).
Common Issues
- Delayed Deliveries: If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact us within 7 days of the expected date. We'll investigate and provide a resolution, such as reshipping or refunding shipping costs.
- Lost Packages: If marked as delivered but not received, file a claim with us within 7 days. We'll coordinate with the carrier for recovery or replacement.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Inspect immediately and report within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free return, replacement, or refund (per our Cancellation and Refund Policy).
- Undeliverable Orders: If we cannot deliver (e.g., incorrect address), the package may be returned to us. You'll pay reshipping fees for redelivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts
- Carriers typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local post office or returned to us. We'll notify you via email.
6. International Shipping Specifics
- Restricted Items: Certain activewear items may be restricted; check at checkout.
- Customs Clearance: You are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and compliance with import laws. Delays in clearance are not our responsibility.
- Returns: International returns are accepted but at your expense (unless due to our error).
