  • Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude taxes, shipping, and duties unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
  • Availability: Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.


4. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including stock issues or pricing errors, with a full refund if payment has been processed.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets via secure third-party processors (e.g., Razorpay, PayU). You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.
  • Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees.


5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to location, carrier delays, or external factors. We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes).
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Track your order via the Site or by contacting support.
  • International shipping may incur additional customs duties; you are responsible for these.


6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

8. User Content

  • You may submit reviews, photos, or feedback ("User Content"). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display it for promotional purposes.
  • You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with these Terms.
  • We may remove User Content at our discretion.

In addition to Section 2, you agree not to:

  • Violate the privacy or publicity rights of others.

We may report violations to authorities and cooperate with law enforcement.


10. Limitation of Liability

  • Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIRGO PULSE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.


14. Changes to These Terms

15. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VIRGO PULSE.
  • Waiver: No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver.
